About this sourcing reference
The rules this reference holds itself to, the commercial interest behind it, and how to send a correction.
One reader, one job
You are the person turning a scope line into a document somebody else has to sign. Everything here covers the transaction and stops where the product begins: which standards bind, which certificate proves what, what to walk through on a factory floor, which clauses belong in the order, and which papers must exist before goods leave an Indian port.
Four things this is not, and the fourth matters most. It does not manufacture. It holds no stock. It runs no marketplace, no agency and no paid directory. And it is not neutral about whose goods it uses as the worked example.
The commercial interest, stated plainly. This domain is published and operated by Gala Thermo Shrink Pvt. Ltd., which makes heat-shrink and PVC cable accessories at Palghar in Maharashtra, with a second unit at Surat SEZ in Gujarat. Their company profile is the document to cite in your vendor file; this page is not. Had you found the relationship out after acting on a page here, you would be entitled to discard the lot, so it is printed on the page you are reading and in the footer of every other one. Five rules for publishing a number
Hold the site to these. A page that breaks one is the thing that is wrong.
- Every figure carries its published source and its date. An undated number cannot be checked, and the date is the first field an auditor reads on any certificate you hand over.
- Nothing inferred is written as fact. Where a sequence has been reconstructed from a published document rather than printed inside it, the page says so and names the instruction that overrides it.
- No price, lead time, minimum order quantity or stock position appears anywhere on this domain. All four move with the part code and with the month. Repeating one here would dress an unverifiable figure as a checked one.
- A figure that cannot be sourced is named as missing, never quietly dropped. The page prints not published in those words and tells you to get it in writing. A silent omission reads to a buyer like an answer.
- No datasheet is reproduced. Dimensions, part codes and selection charts belong in the maker's controlled document, where they carry a revision number. Ask for the sheet by part code, then check that revision against the one you were quoted.
Four claims you can test without trusting us

Editorial promises are worth nothing on their own. Each row below is checkable from the pages themselves in a couple of minutes. Do that first.
Corrections, and three things that will never happen here
Send corrections to feedback@galathermo.com, the address the manufacturer publishes for complaints and feedback. Put correction in the subject, name the page path, and cite the document you are correcting against: a report number, an approval letter with its voltage band, or a datasheet revision. A correction backed by a document is applied, and the page then states what changed and when. A disagreement about wording gets a reply and may not change the page. Three things this domain will not do at any price: sell placement, sell a directory listing, or trade a block of links with anybody.
Judge the disclosure, not the tone
Read the page carrying the certificate numbers, the voltage bands and the dates printed on them. Then put the primary document in your vendor file rather than a link to this site. Stated limit: nothing here substitutes for the current edition of the standard your specification names.
