Where to send it, what to load it with, and the four things nobody here will quote you.
What this page can and cannot do
No quotation is issued here. No stock is held here. No price, lead time or minimum order quantity appears anywhere on this domain, because no verifiable source for any of them exists.
There is no form on this page either. A form that fails quietly costs a buyer a week and tells nobody. You get the address instead, and you keep the sent copy. Your enquiry reaches the manufacturer directly, with no intermediary sitting between your specification and the works.
Put these eight in the first message
The full list runs to twelve fields, set out on the RFQ page. These eight decide whether the reply is a part number or a questionnaire.
- What the accessory has to do — joint, termination, end seal, breakout, or insulation over a busbar. Give the function, not a part name lifted from another maker's catalogue.
- Conductor cross-section in mm² and cable outside-diameter range in mm. Drop the word size. Area and diameter are two different numbers and the answer needs both.
- System voltage as Umax in kV, with the earthing arrangement. A bare kV figure leaves the class open, and the class is what a kit is catalogued against.
- Cable construction — insulation type, core count, armoured or unarmoured. Any of the three can move the answer to a different series.
- Indoor, outdoor or buried, and anything unusual about the environment. Outdoor is a creepage question before it is a preference.
- Quantity as complete kits, spares counted separately. Counting components instead of kits is how two quotations for one job stop being comparable.
- Destination country and port, and the Incoterm to quote against. The document set follows from that one line: export documentation and Incoterms.
- The paperwork you want beside the price — type test report number and date, approval letter with its voltage band and date, material datasheets, packing specification. Asking after award is asking too late; the wording is on the acceptance page.

Distributor and agency approaches do not belong in a technical thread. Export markets are served through appointed agents, distributors, electric utilities and OEMs, appointed by the manufacturer itself. Name the country in the subject line and send it to the same address.
Not published — get it in writing
Office hours and response time. No published source states either against those numbers, so this page will not invent one. India holds a single time zone the year round at UTC+5:30, with no seasonal change to track, which makes a Mumbai working morning a safe assumption and nothing more. Name in your own message the date you need a reply by, and ask who owns the enquiry. Price, lead time, minimum order quantity and stock position are held here in no form. Ask for all four in writing, with a validity date against the price.
Eight fields, then the paperwork
An enquiry carrying the construction, the class, the quantity and the destination comes back as a part number. One carrying a product name comes back as questions. Stated limit: this page settles where to write and what to put in it. Whether the construction you are quoted suits your installation is decided by your specification and by the type test behind the part.
